Rail Plus likes a Live Chat

A new Live Chat link on Rail Plus’ website has passed its first week with flying colours.

National Sales and Marketing Manager, Greg McCallum said tapping into the service provided a link with a member of Rail Plus reservations team who answers the queries instantly on line in type form.

"Agent feedback is very positive with the service being rated very highly over the traditional email Q&A process," he said.

"It is a time-saver which means agents can get back to their clients quicker."

The service is on the Home page.
