General terms & conditions 
  • All pricing is based on one-way fares.
  • Concession cards must be valid at the time of booking & at time of travel.
  • Guests should also be made aware that they are required to carry and on request present their concession card at all times during their journey.
  • We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover (as a minimum) the costs incurred if you cancel your trip.

  • Full payment is required prior to requesting confirmation. 
  • Amendments can be made up to 5 days before departure, at no fee, but only for travel within 6 months of the original date

 

  • Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee)

Readyrail Conditions

  • The Overland

  • Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee)

Readyrail Saver Conditions

  • The Overland

Red Service Premium

  • Readyrail Saver fares must be booked more than 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Full payment is required prior to requesting confirmation. 
  • No amendments or changes can be made once booking is confirmed
  • Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee)

Red Pension Saver Conditions
