Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Permanent residents of the United Kingdom are not eligible to purchase or use a Britrail pass.
- Passes must be validated prior to boarding the first train/ use of travel bonus.
- Passes are actual travel documents and do not need to be exchanged.
- Passes must be validated within 6 months of issue date
- Reservation fees are an additional charge and not inclusive in the cost of the pass.
- The conditions of use and refund policy are the same as the Britrail Pass / Britrail England Pass.The BritRail Guest Pass is not available with the "Party Pass" or with Senior and youth fares.
- What is the 7pm rule?
- If your train departs before 19.00 hrs (7 pm), you need to use two travel days
- If you are travelling on a direct night train (with no connections or layovers) that departs after 19.00 hrs (7 pm) and arrives after 04.00 hrs (4 am), you only need to use one day (the day of arrival).
Please note: your Pass must be valid on the day of departure and arrival.

Refunds
- Britrail Passes must be presented unused and not validated for refund.
- A 25% cancellation fee plus GST (only in Australia) applies to totally unused or not validated passes returned within 6 months of issue date.
Passes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We recommend Pass Security with your order.
