  • Qualifying rail journey can be purchased in either class of service.
  • Free offers must be used as part of the package or 2-day rail journey and cannot be deferred to another date or refunded.
  • Free offers must be requested at the time of booking. Offers will not be automatically allocated or retrospectively added.
  • Guests on package tours using RedLeaf or GoldLeaf hotels will have the imbedded accommodation changed to the free night offer hotel to ensure consecutive nights stay.
  • Guests on package tours using GoldLeaf train travel & Fairmont Deluxe hotels will have the free accommodation night upgraded to Fairmont Deluxe to ensure consecutive nights stay. (N/A for RedLeaf train travel and Fairmont Deluxe accommodation)
  • Not available for group tour block bookings.
  • Room categories used will be Fairmont. We regret we are unable to upgrade the free hotel to an alternative hotel or room category, even with the payment of a supplement.
  • We reserve the right to amend the hotels included in package tours in order to secure the consecutive nights stay.
