FAQs

What is the London Pass?

The London Pass is a pass that provides free access and savings to over 60 museums and attractions within London. The more you see, the more you save.

What are the child ages?

Child prices apply to those aged 5-15 years. Children under 5 years receive free admission into attractions. There are over 40 attractions that specifically cater for children. Children under 11 years of age may travel free of charge on the tube, buses, DLR and London Overground if accompanied by an adult holding a valid travelcard.

What is the validity of my Pass?

The 1 Day Pass is valid for one entire day. The 2, 3 and 6 Day Passes are valid for 2, 3 or 6 consecutive days from the first day you start using the pass.

Will I receive a Booklet or Map?

Yes. A 128 page colour guidebook is included with the pass. Attractions are grouped by theme and location. Maps are included in the guidebook for the location of each attraction, as well as a map of the entire Underground tube network. The guidebook will be provided when you receive your pass in London.

Can I revisit the same attraction more than once?

The London Pass is valid for one visit to each attraction only. It is non transferable and can not be used to enter the same attraction more than once, no matter how many consecutive days the pass is valid for.

Can I start my Pass & Travelcard from any station including Heathrow?

Whilst your Travel Card is valid for all zones on the Underground it can only be issued from the Britain & London Visitor Centre in central London. Therefore it is not possible to start this Pass on your arrival into London Heathrow.
