Conditions

• Child: 5-15 years. Children under 5 years free of charge. Children under 11 years of age may travel free of charge on the tube, buses, DLR and London Overground if accompanied by an adult holding a valid travelcard.
• Note - all attractions are not open daily. Customers are advised to check opening hours prior to their visit.
• Pass must be redeemed on arrival from the following location: 11a Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0EP.
  

Refunds

• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The London Pass cannot be refunded or reissued if lost or stolen.
