Are the London Travel cards consecutive/flexi?

Tickets are valid for consecutive days only.

Can I exchange my voucher at Heathrow airport?

Yes it can be redeemed at the National Express Coach Station directly above Heathrow Central Underground station and part of the major Transport Interchange in the centre of the airport. All Ticket Types can be redeemed but the facility, (as it is not a true Railway Station), will NOT have stocks of the current Attractions Discounts leaflet. Customers will be advised to collect these at any other National Rail station.

Can I use the London Travelcard to travel to / from Heathrow Airport ?

The All Zone 1- 6 Travelcard can be used to travel on the Underground services to / from Heathrow airport on the Piccadilly Line. It cannot be used for travel on Heathrow Express.

Does a child need a ticket to travel?

Children under-10 on date of travel can travel free at any time on buses and trams. They can also travel free at any time on the Tube and DLR when they are travelling with an adult who has a valid ticket, are using Oyster to pay as they go or has a Freedom Pass.

Children travelling with an adult will not be issued with tickets and will be allowed to pass through the ticket gates at stations.

Accompanying adults can take up to four children under the age of 11 years for free on the Tube and DLR. Under-11s travelling without an adult will need to pay the appropriate fare.
