Do I need to make reservations for my tour?

No, pre booking is not required. Just go to the City Sightseeing ticket desk, exchange your voucher, and hop on/off the bus as you desire.

What is the validity of the Pass?

Tickets are valid for 24 hours but some tours offer 2 day and 3 day tickets.

Will we see all the major sights?

Yes. Our tour routes are the most comprehensive way to see towns and cities.

Can we join the tour at any stop?

Yes, the tour commentary is linked to stops, so if you stay on the bus you will always hear the full commentary. All tours have a main departure point usually sited in the centre of town or city, often the main bus/rail terminus.

Is there an onboard commentary?

Pre-recorded English commentary, live guide or multilingual commentary is provided however the type of commentary depends on the city. London, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cambridge also offer a unique 'Kids Club Commentary'. This is a fun and accessible way of learning about the place they are visiting.

How frequently do the buses run?

The frequency of the buses vary on the size of the city and the traffic conditions, however rest assured you won't be waiting too long for a bus. For example, London buses are every 8-20 minutes, where as Munich buses are approximately every 30 minutes.

What are the hours of operation?

This will vary according to the season. Typically in the winter tours will commence at 10.00 with the last tour 15.00, and in the summer 09.00 first tour and 19.00 last tour.

Do tours operate Sundays?

Yes in virtually every instance tours operate 7 days a week (allowing for smaller tours seasonality).
