Rail Plus has free seat reservations on France’s TGV

Rail Plus has free seat reservations - normally $20 per sector -- for passengers travelling on high speed TGV trains in France.

The offer is available between April 15 and May 31 for passengers purchasing a rail pass with France as one of the nominated countries.

Seat reservations are compulsory on all high speed lines in France.

Rail Plus' national marketing manager Greg McCallum says a couple travelling eight sectors in France within one month would normally pay $320 on seat reservations. It will be free during this promotion.
