The Train

Golden Eagle Trans-Siberian Express

The Golden Eagle Trans-Siberian Express features 21 new carriages including three cabin styles; Imperial Suites, Gold and Silver.

Imperial Suites are The Golden Eagles newest cabins. They feature a double bed, lounge area, remote controlled air conditioning and heating, dressing table, personal safe, private en-suite bathroom with under floor heating You also have your own butler service. They are equipped with DVD/CD player with LCD screens. There is 1 cabin per car. Imperial Suites have an area of 120 sq ft.

Gold Class cabins are amongst the best in rail travel available today, featuring modern en-suite amenities including power showers and under floor heating. Cabins are excellently appointed and equipped with state of the art DVD/CD player, LCD screens, audio system, individual air conditioning, recessed lighting and wardrobe space. Gold class has an area of 77 sq ft.

Silver Class cabins are smaller than Gold Class but still have modern en-suite facilities with a smaller shower area. All cabins will feature the same amenities available in our Gold Class cars, but carriages will contain six cabins as opposed to five in Gold class and have an area of 60sq ft.

Restaurant Cars
Our chefs use the finest of local ingredients for lunch and dinner. From traditional and world renowned 'Borsch' to caviar and Omul; fish unique to Lake Baikal. Quality wines from around the world compliment our meals, along with mineral water, soft drinks and naturally, Vodka.

Bar Car (ON BOARD THE GOLDEN EAGLE TRANS-SIBERIAN EXPRESS)

The social hive of activity is our Bar Car. Featured on every departure it provides guests with the ideal setting to watch the passing countryside, writing postcards, talking with fellow passengers or for pre and post dinner drinks. Serving an extensive array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, it stays open until the last person leaves. Our Golden Eagle train features our newly designed and built stylish Bar Car.

Imperial Class Passengers
All drinks purchased from the Premium Bar Price List (excluding wine) are free of charge for the duration of the journey.
Payment for drinks not included may be made at the time of purchase or recorded on each cabin or passengers "Onboard Charges Card".
Charges less than USD100 in total must be paid in cash (USD or Roubles). Charges more than 100USD can be paid in cash or credit card (Mastercard or VISA)

Gold Class Passengers
All drinks purchased from the Standard Bar Price List are free of charge for the duration of the journey. All drinks purchased from the Premium Bar Price List will be charged at the published prices.
Payment for drinks may be made at the time of purchase or recorded on each cabin or passengers "Onboard Charges Card".
Charges less than USD100 in total must be paid in cash (USD or Roubles). Charges more than 100USD can be paid in cash or credit card (Mastercard or VISA)

Silver Class Passengers
