- A 40% non-refundable security deposit is required prior to confirmation with full balance payable 30 days prior to the departure date.
- Bookings made within 30 days require full payment at time of booking.

- If changing the departure date of the journey less than 35 days before departure date, a fee of 20% of the total will be charged.
- If, after changing the reservation, you then cancel the trip, the cancellation fee will be 100%.
- Rail Plus recommends that passengers take out a travel insurance policy to cover the Cancellation Fees that may be charged.
