• Welcome service, which provides a sweet or savoury snack and hot or cold drink, served directly at your seat by uniformed personnel (on some routes only).
• On the morning trains, travellers will also be offered a daily newspaper.
• The trains ETR 460, 480 and 500 have seats and bathroom facilities for disabled customers.
• Access to Eurostar Club-reserved mini-lounges: in Bari, Bologna, Florence, Milan, Naples, Padova, Reggio Calabria, Rome, Turin, Venice (S. Lucia).
