Glacier Express

Conditions

• Seat reservation fees are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Conditions
• For Glacier Express Private Line Supplement with Eurail Pass includes a 25% reduction on the regular fare and must be issued in conjunction with a Eurail Global Pass, Select Pass, or Regional Pass which includes Switzerland.
• Tickets must be used within 2 months from the first day of validity printed on the ticket.

Refunds

• Reservation fees are non-refundable.
• Reservation tickets cannot be refunded or reissued if lost or stolen.
• Unused tickets are 70% refundable if received by the issuing office before the first day of validity printed on the ticket.
• Tickets returned after the first day of validity can only be refunded if they have been endorsed as 'not used' by a railway official at the station of departure on/or prior to the first day of validity.
• Refund request must be submitted within 1 month from the last day of validity of the tickets. Thereafter, no refund is possible
